This video evidence shows how you can halve your milling times for modeling.

Using Close Contour Casting RAKU^® TOOL CC-6010 in combination with a new BlockBuster milling tool and optimized machinery and software, the milling time for a 1:4 model car was cut from 6 to just 3 hours.

Save time and money during modeling by reducing milling time with the right combination of material, tool, machinery and software.

The material used was the high-quality RAKU® TOOL Close Contour Casting CC-6010 from RAMPF, which offers the following benefits:

The new BlockBuster milling tool from Hufschmied also helped drive down the milling time. As it is suitable for both roughing and finishing, only one milling tool is needed.

Further time savings were made by using the ENDURA^® 74 milling machine, a compact 5-axis machine from Fooke, and CAD/CAM software from tebis.
