The importance attached to quality in the RAMPF Group is illustrated by its corporate structure. Quality Management operates as a dedicated staff unit reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

A comprehensive Quality Management System complying with all the requirements of the internationally recognized DIN EN ISO 9001 standard provides the framework conditions. Its aim is to motivate and encourage the entire RAMPF Group workforce to develop awareness of and commitment to quality, to encourage initiative and enhance its capacity for responsible action.

For us, quality means more than just adhering to delivery deadlines. RAMPF quality means well trained, skilled employees and fair working conditions to engender positive cooperation on every level.

Every employee is also both obliged and entitled to suggest improvements and to contribute towards further development. Improving product quality and the quality of all our processes is an on-going task, a continual improvement process.

We measure our success using a variety of objective key indicators which are assessed at regular intervals. The findings gained as a result are implemented without delay. If necessary, our quality and performance objectives are redefined or updated.

Our day-by-day performance is proof of how seriously we take our quality principles and how our endeavour to excel is appreciated in the markets we serve.
