RAMPF Group as full service supplier at Chinaplas 2010
For the third time running RAMPF Group presents itself at the Chinaplas. The leading highlights of the exhibition are the Polyurethane and Epoxy Resin Systems, such as their dispensing equipment. Furthermore, the company seizes the idea of the trade fair, this idea being the “Green Corner”. Following the green corner analogy, RAMPF will display its mixing system M-KDS for the solar industry as well as its recycling material. RAMPF specialized products are used in various industry sectors. The many industries range from the automobile industry, electrical industry, through to the pharmaceutical industry, structural and civil engineering fields and right into the aircraft industry. Visitors can see the highlights for themselves, with a live demonstration at booth E1E53.

The low-maintance mixing system MS-C

Electro Casting Resins of RAMPF protect sensitive electronic.

The working axle, material preparation and the dispensing technique of the DC-CNC is a compact unit.

The minimal quantity piston dispensing system M-KDS is especially applicable to the solar industry.
RAMPF Group, a German company situated in Grafenberg, has approximately 400 employees who work on the reactive casting resins and machine systems. At this year’s Chinaplas, the companies departments, in particular RAMPF Giesssharze and RAMPF Dosiertechnik will be revealed. The products of the RAMPF Group can be found at its subsidiaries within China, which are RAMPF (Taicang) Co. Ltd or Orient RAMPF Dosiertechnik in Suzhou.
Everything in one place- from the manufacturing to the recycling
RAMPF Dosiertechnik has outstanding know-how within the area of low pressure mixing and dispensing machines which results in more than 1900 system solutions worldwide. They are experts in the processing of two- and more-component reactive resin systems. The reactive resin systems can be used within the automobile, electrical, and house appliance sectors such as the filter industry. RAMPF Giessharze ensures that the right materials are delivered. Since 1980 the company has concentrated on the development, manufacturing and distribution of polyurethane and epoxy systems. The product portfolio entails liquid and thixotropic sealing systems, electrical and engineering casting resins as well as edge casting and filter casting systems, including two component adhesives.
The third department within the group is called RAMPF Ecosystems and focuses on the recycling of polyurethane waste material and “post-consumer” packaging made from PET. These materials are recycled to (recycling-) polyol through a special chemical process. The reproduced polyol, named Recypol® or Petol® flows back into the manufacturing of polyurethane which is also used by partner firms of RAMPF Group. Designed for the recycling process the experts at RAMPF Ecosystems, have developed a machine for thermal Glycolysis. Today it can be seen as the largest of its kind in Europe.
Foam Gasket will be applied “live”
At the trade fair Chinaplas 2010 RAMPF Dosiertechnik will exhibit the dispensing machine DC-CNC to its visitors. At the fair booth E1E53 the Machine foams on to the shutter valves with the foam gasket RAKU-PUR® 31-3122. The material by RAMPF Giessharze has a low water absorption, good mechanical strength and high heat resistance. Due to the quick adhesion of the material, the component can quickly be worked on again.
The working axle, material preparation and the dispensing technique of the DC-CNC is a compact unit. The contour-controlled cell allows the worker to treat up to two to three components at a time. It is built for reliable casting, foaming, sealing and bonding. A major quality of the DC-CNC is the low-maintenance mixing system MS-C.
The “Green Corner” rounds the program off
The company, as a participator of the trade fair, has grasped upon the idea of the “Green Corner” and will demonstrate its efforts on the matter of sustainability. RAMPF Dosiertechnik presents to the solar industry its minimal quantity piston dispensing system M-KDS. The M-KDS is a breakthrough in dispensing unfilled and highly filled two-component minimal-quantities. The exceptional advantage of the mixing system is that minimal quantities are mixed intensively and accurately by the dynamic mixing process. Further topics to be shown are the services of RAMPF Ecosystems.
For a better marketing of the produced polyol, RAMPF Ecosystems has arranged a new production line for polyurethane molded parts – with an own low-pressure-foaming-machine. Approximately 45 different series of moulds are produced. The comprehensive know-how of the RAMPF experts enables chemical recycling of almost all polyurethane applications and therefore the production of high-quality recycling polyols.
The research of RAMPF Ecosystems is focused on the development of polyols based on vegetable oil.
