RAMPF Taicang strengthens its position in South Korea at MATOF 2009 in Südkorea
Taicang, 17.11.2009 – For the second time within a very short time RAMPF Taicang presents itself in South Korea. Encouraged by the successful presentation at the KOMAF in Seoul in late October, RAMPF is now on the MATOF in Changwon. To-gether with distribution partner MI-TECH, the company shows a general survey of the possibilities and the excellent properties of mineral casting by the brand EPU-CRET, booth B-256, hall 1~2.

Since the opening of the production plant for mineral casting in Taicang in early 2008, RAMPF has taken foot in China. Under the name RAMPF Taicang mineral casting for machine beds of the brand EPUCRET is manufactured there. The focus is on delivery to customers throughout Asia. Currently, the site counts 16 employees. Thanks this positive development, CEO Martin Neumann seeks on a new target. He wants to strengthen the commitment of RAMPF Taicang in South Korea. The engineer targets clients primarily in the machine tool and semiconductor technology. "Mineral casting as a construction material for machine beds, offers a progressive alternative to conventional frame materials such as cast iron or steel. This is the message we want to transport with various activities in South Korea”, says Neumann. To ensure success, Neumann is working together with the South Korean company MI-TECH, which acts as the official distributor. With the booth at the MA-TOF in Changwon, 17 to 20 November 2009, both companies want to build on the success of the KOMAF. "We have already made contacts at the KOMAF and fixed appointments for the MATOF. We are looking forward to the exciting discussions with the trade fair visitors", says Neumann.
