RAMPF Dosiertechnik and KUKA celebrate ten-year partnership
They vacuum carpets, mow the lawn, milk cows and put up fences. Robots today are able to perform tasks which would have been inconceivable ten years ago. And they have become indispensable to the field of automation in today’s industrial production landscape. But do they work as efficiently as they could? RAMPF Dosiertechnik and KUKA Roboter have answered this question with a series of innovative integral solutions. For a decade now, the two companies have been linked by a strategic partnership and offer dispensing systems with integrated automation – even for small batch sizes. 
RAMPF presents ecological boards and standard plugs for electrical cars at the symposium "Innovative Suppliers 2010"
At the annual congress "Innovative suppliers 2010” in Ingolstadt which takes place on 23rd June 2010, the RAMPF Group companies, RAMPF Giessharze and RAMPF Tooling, Grafenberg put their focus on sustainable concepts for the automotive industry. As part of the accompanying exhibition at the Audi Forum, the plastic materials experts present an ecological board material for design studies and the European standard plug for recharging electric cars from MENNEKES produced with RAMPF casting resins at booth 103.
EPUCRET opens grinding center in Bessenbach
EPUCRET Mineralgusstechnik is extending its offered range of services. On July 6, 2010, the mineral casting specialist will be marking the opening of a new grinding center in Bessenbach, Bavaria, with a special celebration. A member of the RAMPF Group based in Wangen near Göppingen, Epucret has invested six million Euro in the project, as well as appointing four new staff members. The new 2400 square meter hall will be used in future to give machine components and frames made of different materials such as mineral casting, hard stone, ceramic, steel or cast iron their final ground finish. 
RAMPF Giessharze develops foam gaskets capable of high pressure processing
RAMPF Giessharze is extending its product portfolio. For the very first time, the reaction resin specialist is offering a foam gasket system with high-pressure processing capability which will go by the name of RAKU-PUR® 35-3500 HD. The new polyurethane system, which is characterized by extremely minimal water absorption, is capable of being processed using reactive high-pressure systems. 
RAMPF Tooling furthers next generation of pattern makers
The master class students from the Bundesfachschule Modellbau in Bad Wildungen recently obtained a good insight of what would be expected from a future pattern maker. A team of experts from RAMPF Tooling informed the 40 master class students about new systems and application methods for various modeling materials like boards, gelcoats, laminating pastes and casting systems. This was all put into practice by making a boat hull.
