Rampf Group, Inc. presents its new compact dispensing system C-DS Basic

RAMPF Group, Inc., US subsidiary of the German company RAMPF-Gruppe, has extended its range of mixing and dispensing machines. The new C-DS Basic offers a wide variety of applications for cost efficient processing of multi-component materials such as silicone, epoxy or polyurethane. Furthermore, the uncomplicated control system guarantees easy application especially for first-time-users of low pressure equipment. Usually RAMPF Group, Inc. provides the full portfolio of mixing and dispensing sys-tems of its German partner RAMPF Dosiertechnik however, presenting the C-DS Basic represents a new direction of RAMPF Group Inc. “The C-DS Basic was especially developed to match the needs of the US market”, emphasizes Jürgen Penker, CEO of RAMPF Group, Inc.
The dispensing machine combines high quality German engineering with compact construction, easy handling, high precision dispensing performance and excellent value for money. The US Company’s range of products covers everything from simple hand-controlled to fully automated dispensing systems. The C-DS Basic processes one-component, as well as multi-component adhesives, casting compounds and gasket materials with ease. Its main components are material preparation unit, dispensing pumps, mixing head and control system. Based on the Siemens CPU 13, the C-DS Basic realizes the innovative advancements in control technology. Each dispensing pump is driven by servo drive and therefore ensures high precision dispensing and accurate mixture ratios for every type of individual requirement. A variety of optional extra equipment like handling units, robots and tables highlight the flexibility of the system: All requirements are fulfilled in an easy, efficient and reliable way.

For the third time running RAMPF Group presents itself at the Chinaplas. The leading highlights of the exhibition are the Polyurethane and Epoxy Resin Systems, such as their dispensing equipment. Furthermore, the company seizes the idea of the trade fair, this idea being the “Green Corner”.
