Amber Composites and RAMPF Tooling collaborate on Paste products for large Tooling applications
Grafenberg, den 09.10.2009 – Amber Composites and RAMPF Tooling today an-nounced their collaboration on custom paste products. After more than a year of development and testing, RAMPF Tooling has released a new system of tooling paste which delivers significant reductions in time and cost for manufacturers of large production parts. The revolutionary system enables direct tool creation, com-pletely bypassing plug production. The system was developed through collaboration with Amber Composites and select customers and has been used successfully to create very large tools by world-class manufacturers of boat hulls and decks, as well as large components for use in the transportation industry. The paste, part of RAMPF Tooling’s RAKU-TOOL® range, complements their line of epoxy and poly-urethane close contour pastes.
