RAMPF Automation celebrates its premiere at the Automatica 2008
People in disguise, oversized cutlery and a giant cell phone are part of a spectacle as it has never been before at the Automatica 2008 with RAMPF Automation GmbH from Austria directing the show. The manufacturer of special purpose machines and conveyor plant is exhibiting for the first time at the international trade fair in Munich, Hall A2, booth 441.
Dr. Klaus Schamel is the new Chief Executive Officer of RAMPF Giessharze
Since the 1st of June 2008 Dr. Klaus Schamel has taken over the role as Chief Executive Officer of the RAMPF Giessharze GmbH & Co. KG in Grafenberg. He is the successor of Horst Bader who as of January 2008 has taken over as Chief Financial Officer of the RAMPF Holding GmbH & Co. KG and is responsible for the branch of Finance, Control and strategic Purchase. Before joining RAMPF Giessharze GmbH & Co. KG Schamel was the Chief Executive Officer of Metzeler Schaumstoff GmbH in Memmingen.
RAMPF Group, Inc. begins their own production
The RAMPF Group, Inc., the American subsidiary company of the RAMPF-Gruppe is enhancing its presence in North America. Since recently the company which is based in Wixom has been selling not only polyurethane systems but also manufacturing the plastics as well. To make this possible RAMPF invested approximately 1 million dollars into their own production. The current capacity is approximately 1,000 Tones per year.
